As Director & Owner, Jodie continues to lead with vision and determination, ensuring QAPM consistently delivers outstanding service, maintains the highest standards, and builds strong, lasting relationships with clients and colleagues alike. Neil Stewart

Director & Owner

Experience:

With over 20 years of experience in the construction and property maintenance industry, I have worked my way up through every stage of the business. I began my career as a joiner, developing hands-on expertise and a strong understanding of the trade. From there, I progressed to Supervisor and later Contracts Manager, where I gained valuable experience in managing teams, delivering projects, and maintaining strong client relationships. Today, as Owner and Director of QAPM, I bring that knowledge and experience to lead the company with a focus on quality, reliability, and customer service. Having grown with the business from the ground up, I understand the importance of hard work, attention to detail, and building trust with clients. My goal is to ensure QAPM continues to deliver exceptional results across all areas of property maintenance, from small repairs to large-scale works.

Bob is our Contract Manager, leading all supervisors and overseeing the management and performance of every contract within the company. He joined the team in 2011, bringing with him a broad and varied background across all aspects of the building industry. His extensive technical knowledge, practical experience, and strong leadership made him the ideal choice for the Contract Manager role, which he has successfully held since 2014. Bob takes a proactive approach to ensuring all contracts are delivered to the highest standards, maintaining close oversight of project progress, compliance, and team performance.

Graeme Bertie

Graeme joined QAPM in 2012 as a joiner and quickly made a strong impression with his skill and professionalism. Promoted to Supervisor in 2019, Graeme draws on over 30 years of industry experience, offering extensive expertise across multiple trades. His practical knowledge and hands-on approach make him a trusted and highly capable leader within the team.

Fraser Crawford

Contracts Supervisor

Fraser joined QAPM in 2023 as a Supervisor, bringing with him extensive experience in the role from his previous positions. A qualified plumber with over 30 years in the industry, Fraser has worked across a wide range of projects, from building sites to social housing. His deep knowledge and hands-on expertise make him a highly effective leader and a valuable asset to the team.

Sean Reid

Contracts Supervisor

Sean is QAPM’s newest Supervisor, joining the team in 2025 with extensive experience from a multinational company, primarily working on housing and industrial projects. A qualified plumber by trade, Sean brings a broad knowledge of all aspects of plumbing, making him a valuable addition to the team and a trusted leader within the business.

Phil joined QAPM as part of a TUPE transfer in 2022, bringing with him his extensive experience as a supervisor on an existing contract. A qualified joiner with over 30 years in the industry, Phil has built up a wealth of knowledge across all aspects of the trade. His expertise and leadership make him a trusted and highly valued member of the team.

Brendan Nicoll

Brendan joined QAPM as an electrician in 2021 and quickly impressed the team with his dedication and technical expertise. His hard work and knowledge earned him a promotion to Electrical Supervisor in early 2025. Scott joined QAPM in 2020 and brings over 25 years of experience as a qualified electrician. As our appointed QS Electrical Supervisor, he oversees all aspects of electrical compliance and certification across our projects. Stuart oversees that all materials purchased deliver excellent value for money and supports employees across the business, ensuring projects run smoothly and resources are always in the right place. Jamie joined QAPM in early 2024 as Stuart Murray’s assistant and trainee buyer. In a short time, Jamie has built an excellent rapport with both merchants and the QAPM team, quickly proving himself as a reliable and enthusiastic member of the procurement team.

Julie Cameron

Experience:

Julie joins QAPM as our Procurement Coordinator. Julie previously worked with the business in a different role and occasionally assisted Stuart and Jamie whenever time allowed. In her previous position, she quickly proved herself to be a valued member of the team, and when the opportunity arose, we were pleased to offer her this new role. Julie’s knowledge, reliability, and collaborative approach make her a strong addition to the procurement team.

Rebecca Stewart

Rebecca joined QAPM in 2022 as a Contract Administrator and quickly established herself as an integral member of the team. Her strong organisational skills and leadership ability led to her promotion to Assistant Office Manager in 2023 and subsequently to Office Manager in early 2025. In her current role, Rebecca oversees our Contracts Administration team of 11, ensuring the smooth coordination of all administrative processes across the business. Her proactive management and commitment to efficiency help maintain the high standards and professionalism that underpin QAPM’s operations.

Experience:

David joined QAPM as part of the procurement team, but with the rapid expansion of our vehicle fleet, it quickly became clear that we needed a dedicated Fleet Manager. DJ has developed strong relationships within the motor sector, ensuring QAPM’s vehicles are regularly serviced, roadworthy, and downtime is minimised. More recently, he has played a key role in the launch of our in-house vehicle repairs garage, QAVM, working closely with our lead mechanic to keep the fleet running smoothly.
