At the heart of QAPM is a highly skilled and experienced team. Our workforce spans all major trades—qualified joiners, electricians, plumbers, decorators, roofers, specialist trades, and multi-trade maintenance specialists—each certified to the highest industry standards. Many of our senior tradespeople and supervisors have been with the company for more than 10–15 years, bringing deep technical knowledge, craftsmanship, and continuity to every project.
Supported by seasoned project managers and site supervisors, our team ensures every job is carried out safely, efficiently, and to our exacting quality standards. Their backgrounds include large-scale construction, insurance reinstatement, commercial development, and public-sector maintenance, giving us the capability to oversee both straightforward and complex works with confidence.
Leadership Team
Neil Stewart and Jodie Taylor, Directors & Owners, bring a combined wealth of experience and expertise to QAPM. Jodie has been instrumental in shaping the company for over 15 years, leading operations with vision and dedication to ensure consistently high standards and strong client relationships. Neil brings over 20 years of hands-on industry experience, progressing from joiner to Contracts Manager, and now leads the company with a focus on quality, reliability, and exceptional service. Together, they guide QAPM with strategic insight, practical knowledge, and a shared commitment to delivering outstanding results across every project.
