Through our experienced workforce we have the means at hand to deliver a first class finish on time and to budget.
We will work closely with the client, to develop and plan the works. This would be from initial meetings and drawings, developed with our architect. We would then take this through to full planning and building warrant stage, keeping the customer informed at all stages and developing the budget for the works. We would formulate a program and strict budget for the works, sign this off with the client and commence the construction phase of the project, at this point the construction arm would ensure the project was carried out, on time, and to budget. The client would have full access to the works and any alterations agreed as the works progress.
We also work closely with clients who already have full planning and building warrant in place and we are very competitive in the tender process.
