Our computerized management system works on a traffic light system to aid control and management of works within required timescales. • Emergency • Urgent • Routine We are on call for you 24 hours/365 days a year with a dedicated line direct to our Call Centre in Dundee. In addition, our IT systems support and enhance our measurement of key performance data, and we can allow direct access to the system for clients via a web based portal. For the personal touch, our Contracts Supervisors are on hand to supplement this service, offering support and guidance on a daily basis. |
